Matrix USA Expands Panasonic FELIOS Line
Recent release and commercialization of RF-775 flex materials from Matrix included 0.00058″, 0.0008″, 0.001″ and 0.002″ thicknesses. Matrix is now proud to announce further expansion to include additional thicknesses: 0.003″ and 0.004″.
All offerings include options with RA or ED copper foils – 9, 12, 18, 35 and 70µ thick.
Secondly, Matrix is pleased to introduce the latest Liquid Crystal Polymer offering RF-705. This world class, high-speed laminate offers solutions to many of today’s design challenges for Flex Multilayer applications. RF-705 is available in 0.001″, 0.002″ and 0.004″ thickness with 25µ thick copper foil.
All Panasonic FELIOS laminates are:
- IPC 4204 certified;
- UL certified (* UL pending);
- 31032 tested;
- Halogen-free;
- 94-VO;
- Feature 160°C operating temperature;
- RoHS compliant; and
- Dimensionally stable.
