Matrix USA Expands Laminate Product Line
Matrix USA Inc. announces the expansion of its Laminate product line with Panasonic’s new R1755V High-Tg material. R1755V is intended to be Panasonic’s Global Standard for lead-free assembly laminate systems. It is a “filled” FR-4 epoxy with low Z-CTE, designed to support Network equipment (servers, routers), measuring instruments and automotive components along with many other high-end applications.
Matrix anticipates that R1755V will become its primary FR-4 offering in North America. Matrix will support R1755V with sales support, full stocking, value-added manufacturing and technical assistance.
