  • Halogen Free, Passes UL 94 V-0, UL File No. E80315
  • Certifications: IPC – SM-840E (Class H&T), NASA Outgassing Test ASTM E595, Bosch Y 273 R80 029, Siemens SN 57030.
  • Excellent surface insulation resistance (SIR) at 1000 V

2491 TSW Series

  • Specialty white solder mask especially suited for LED lighting applications or where high reflectance is necessary.
  • High reflectance and non-yellowing even after lead-free solder processes.
  • No influence on light color when applied below white LEDs.
  • Halogen Free – UL approval: best flame class V-0 according to UL 94, UL file no. E80315.
  • No pink/purple discoloration after electroless Ni/Au (ENIG) and SMD soldering.

SD 2463 FLEX-HF series

  • All of the same advantages and benefits of the 2467 Series but designed for superior performance for flex and rigid-flex circuits applications.
  • Application by screen printing.
  • Highly flexible and high resolution (up to 30 μm) with excellent dielectric properties.
  • Progressive alternative to flexible coverlay materials in fine and superfine line technology and SMD technology.
  • White color available SD 2493 FLEX-HF.

Thermal curing solder mask products

SD 24X2 Series

  • Application by screen printing, Green (2462), Black (2442), and Blue (2552), colors available. Non-yellowing white (SD 2496 TSW) also available.
  • Excellent edge definition and conductor edge coverage
  • Exceptionally strong adhesion
  • Outstanding chemical resistance
  • Passes UL 94 V-0, UL File No. E80315

UV curing solder masks

High-definition application by screen printing, for “print and etch”

SD 2368 UV

  • Green solder mask suitable for “print and etch “applications. High-definition application in screen printing
  • Excellent adhesion. Cures thoroughly even in thicker layers
  • Suitable for Hot-Air Levelling and compatible with lead-free processes.

SD 2460/201 UV-FLEX-HF series

  • Suitable for “print and etch,” organic, and printed electronics.
  • Resistant to HAL and lead-free reflow soldering.
  • Halogen-free.
  • Excellent adhesion on flexible base materials such as polyester/polyimide/polycarbonate foil, as well as on copper foil.
  • Resistant to hot-air levelling (HAL) and lead-free reflow soldering.
  • White solder resist SD 2490/201 UV-FLEX-HF optimizes the light emission of LEDs due to its extremely high reflectivity.
  • Black solder resist SD 2440/201 UV-FLEX-HF minimizes the light reflection of the substrate, thus increasing the contrast with the LED.

ELPEPCB® Legend and Marking Inks

Exceptional covering power, very good adhesion, soldering resistant, high solids content. Excellent adhesion both to photoimageable solder resists such as Elpemer 2467 and Elpemer 2469 SM and conventional solder resists such as SD 2462 NB. Available in multiple colors.

SD 26X8

  • Photoimageable Elpemer® marking inks. Aqueous-alkaline developable. White (2618), Yellow (2698).
  • Application by screen printing, especially suitable for pilot and low-volume series as no complex screen stencil required, capable of representing finest details.

  • White (2618) has outstanding yellowing resistance even after reflow soldering and tempering processes, low ΔE value
  • High solids content, thus low pollution of process exhaust air by solvents.
  • Excellent covering power, providing sharp contrast to the substrate; even finest details can be recognized easily
  • Excellent resolution enables the representation of finest structures.

SD 26X2-T

  • Thermal cure and legend and marking inks available in five colors. Red (2632), Black (2642), Blue (2652), Yellow (2612), White (2692).
  • Long pot life/processing time (at least 6 weeks). The catalyzed adjustments (Index K) have a shorter curing time, an even better adhesive strength, and a pot life of one day
  • Low solvent/high solids content provides excellent covering power and definition.
