Jinzhou was founded in 1986, and today is the world’s largest carbide tool manufacturer for the Global Printed Circuit Board Industry. The Company has concentrated on micro-drill development for over 30 years and has an annual production of over 500 million units. Jinzhou is delighted to be working with Perfect Point Inc. and as a leading global supplier Carbide tools, we have been supplying Precision Carbide Tools to our many wonderful customers in the United States and Canada for over 20 years.
Jinzhou devotes itself to Technology Innovations, and works closely in partnership with Perfect Point to develop specially tools and engineered solutions for our North American Customers. This year, Perfect Point was awarded a patent for a new carbide-tool-geometry, the CARBONITE. This prestigious achievement allows our PCB fabrication partners to drill high aspect ratio and Ultra-High technology builds.
Jinzhou produces extremely small diameter of carbide drills and routers: the smallest drill diameter are .01mm and router are manufactured down to .10mm. Jinzhou strives to build the leading Intelligent Automation Manufacturing factory. Our goal is to reduce end-user costs and increase yields.
This year, TTM Global Supply Chain Management presented Jinzhou with its Global Supplier Award. This prestigious recognition award is given to only Top Performing Suppliers in the categories of Quality, Delivery and Technology. Jinzhou has exceeded TTM’s very stringent set of Supplier criteria. Jinzhou feels very honored to be appointed with the TTM Technologies 2020 Global Supplier Award.
Years 2020 and 2021 will be challenging for all of us due to Industry efforts and World Health struggles. Jinzhou has strong partnerships with Perfect Point and all of our North American Customers, and together we will persevere.
