Perfect Point has been a proud partner with Jinzhou since first introduced to North America in 2005. The continuous growth in technology in the electronic industry has given Jinzhou the opportunity to be the leader in Carbide Tools technology and manufacturing globally. In 2021, Jinzhou production was over 600 million tools also making them the largest PCB cutting tool manufacturer in
the world.
The investment on new technology and equipment for production is a constant with Jinzhou and Perfect Point. Our combined efforts are a commitment to deliver the highest quality of carbide products and Repoint Services to our customers.
In 2020 Perfect Point was awarded a patent for the “Carbonite” Drill. The Carbonite drill is used on ultra-high technology and extremely high aspect ratio builds where hole wall quality and registration need to be world class. The Carbonite patented geometry attributes and coating developed by Jinzhou provides optimum debris evacuation. This combination provides the coolest drilling environment available in the industry today.
Perfect Point offers the highest technology drills and cutting tools available today, the patented USF (Hybrid Single Flute Drill) is now the industry standard drill used due to its superior quality characteristics. We are also the industry leader in “Engineered Solutions” and “Specialty Tools” for complex challenges.
As a result of the success of Jinzhou and Perfect Point, we continue to expand our operations in Toronto, Santa Ana, Santa Clara and Chicago. We have drill sharpening centers in Toronto and Santa Ana with 16 state-of-the-art, custom built robots, providing the highest quality and repeatability of repointed tools available to our customers.
